Boxing Gloves

Training Gloves

Ideal for working on mitts, heavybags, and various training equipment. They are made with dense foam to protect your hands in training. Basically, these gloves are designed for everything in the gym outside of sparring.

Sparring Gloves

Ideal for sparring and partner drills and are made with the safety of your partner in mind. YOU MUST HAVE A DEDICATED PAIR OF SPARRING GLOVES that are used ONLY for sparring and not used for general training (Heavy bag, mitts, etc.).

Glove Size Requirements

Males
18+ years - 16 oz gloves
13-18 years and over 140 lbs - 16 oz gloves
13-18 years and under 140 lb - 14 oz gloves
13 years and under - 12 oz gloves

Females
18+ years - 14 oz gloves
13-18 years and over 130 lbs - 14 oz gloves
13-18 years and under 130 lb - 12 oz gloves
13 years and under - 12 oz gloves

Protective Gear

Protective Gear will be used for sparring, partner drills, and competition. The below options all comply with USA boxing for competition use.

Head Gear

You must wear a USA boxing approved head gear to spar or compete. If you are 40 plus, YOU MUST WEAR A MASTERS APPROVED HEAD GEAR to compete.

Groin/Abdominal Protector

Males are also required to wear a groin protector during competition.
