Whether you need motivation, instruction or guidance, help working through a plateau, accountability, or variety in your training, a Coach can be the person that can see you through to your goal. Boxing Training, strength, conditioning, return to sport, rehab and youth fitness... we have you covered. 

A session with your Coach can be one-on-one or in a small group setting to give you individual expertise and focus towards your goals. Your Coach will meet with you to discuss your training goals and needs in order to customize each session for you with that goal in mind. Every session will be unique, challenging, and fun!

Personal training clients are required to have a gym membership. One option is the $40/month personal training membership. This gives you access to the gym for training outside of your training sessions.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your personal training session. To ensure the smooth functioning of our scheduling and to respect the time of both our clients and trainers, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation Period: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

  • Notification: Cancellations must be communicated directly to your assigned trainer via phone call or text message. Voicemail messages left outside of business hours will also be accepted, provided they are received within the 24-hour notice period.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be considered late cancellations.

  • Late Cancellation Charge: In the event of a late cancellation, the client may be charged for full cost of session at the discretion of the trainer. 

  • Payment: clients may be required to prepay for a set number of sessions in advance, with payment made prior to scheduling appointments or keep a valid payment method on file with us. This payment method will be charged for any applicable cancellation fees or session charges according to this policy.

  • Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. In case of unforeseen circumstances such as sudden illness or family emergencies, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made at the discretion of the trainer. Clients are encouraged to communicate such situations as soon as possible.

  • No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notification will be considered a "no-show." In such cases, the client may be charged for the session at the discretion of the trainer.

  • Repeated Offenses: Repeated Offenses: Clients who repeatedly cancel sessions with short notice or fail to show up for appointments may be subject to losing their standing spots.

  • Trainer Discretion: Our trainers are committed to providing exceptional service and will consider each cancellation or rescheduling request with empathy and understanding. They reserve the right to waive fees or make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.
